Exchange and Refund Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it, please bring along with you the following:
(1) Unused or unassembled items with the original packaging,
(2) Delivery notes and order confirmation e-mail
to any AEON branch.
Replacement procedures will be executed under the terms and conditions of AEON replacement procedures.

(2) Order information verification
(3) We will contact you to confirm the date of return and the branch selection .
(4) You can go to the chosen branch to perform the return on the designated date.
(5) You are required to present the following documents to facilitate the return:
1. Unused or unassembled items with the original packaging
2. Delivery notes and
3. Order confirmation email
(6) Return verification
(7) After verifying all the information provided, the transaction amount from the returned item(s) will be refunded to your credit card account that was used for payment of the order placement.
(8) The refund procedures' process lead time is about 4-6 weeks.
Used, modified or assembled items, and damage caused by improper use, will not be accepted for returns (except for problems with manufacturing quality).
